Ordering and Shipping -
- Be sure to include your name and billing address.
- We ship via UPS whenever possible. Please use a street address in addition to a PO Box address. (We cannot guarantee delivery to foreign or APO/FPO addresses.)
Acknowledgments - We acknowledge all orders.
Gift Cards - Send us your complete gift list with your own gift cards, or we will hand-write your personal message on our complimentary gift cards.
Payment - Check, Money Order, Visa, Discover/NOVUS, MasterCard, or Amex.
Foreign Shipments - Packages sent to Canada will require a 15% surcharge. Please contact us regarding shipments to other countries. We cannot guarantee delivery to foreign addresses.
Sales Tax - A 6.35% Sales Tax is required on all candy and non-food items shipped to Connecticut. Items shipped outside Connecticut are not subject to Connecticut Sales Tax.
Warm Weather Shipping on Perishable Gifts - Chocolate candy and some other gifts require special warm weather packaging at an extra cost of $5.00 and may require an extra charge for 2nd Day Air. If this is necessary for your package, we will contact you.

We bake, package, and ship from our building in Connecticut on Route 7 (also known as Kent Road South), just 2.5 miles south of Cornwall Bridge.
You may purchase the items in our catalog at our location. We are open year round, Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM EST (excluding holidays). Please call for extended hours between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
