Lemon Rum Sunshine Cake - All by itself, or served with fresh fruit and sauces, it’s wonderful! This rich buttery lemon cake is baked to a golden perfection, and then laced with rum - giving it a rich moist texture, and a sweet lemon rum taste.
Homepack cakes are packaged without ribbons and gift tins. They are sealed in cellophane and packed to arrive safely at their destinations. This cake is also available with a ribbon and gift tin or in a loaf size.
Serving Suggestions - Serve our versatile cake very thinly sliced to savor this refreshing taste. One round cake will happily serve 10-14 people. Served with our seedless Raspberry Sauce it's heaven! Also try our Lemon Curd or Wild Cherries. (Sauces sold separately below)
