Lemon Rum Sunshine Cake - All by itself, or served with fresh fruit and sauces, it’s wonderful! This rich buttery lemon cake is baked to a golden perfection, and then laced with rum - giving it a rich moist texture, and a sweet lemon rum taste.
Loaf cakes are smaller versions of our popular bundt cakes (about 6" x 3.5" x 2"). They are securely packaged in their own white gift bags. Our bundt cake is available with a ribbon and gift tin or in a homepack.
