We usually ship orders the day after we receive them. The exceptions are:
- When the customer requests that they be delivered by a given date or occasion, we ship to arrive 2-4 days before that date.
- If a receive date is not specified, we may delay shipping to eliminate unnecessary travel time over a weekend.
- When we are temporarily out of a product due to popularity, in which case you will be notified.
You will be consulted if there are any questions relating to your order. We will contact you by email or phone, so please include both when completing your order.
Normally we ship via UPS ground. Expedited shipping is available at an added charge.

Our shipping and handling charge is based on the total of the merchandise shipped to each address. (See chart of shipping and handling charges) Standard delivery by UPS Ground takes approximately 2 - 6 business days depending on where in the USA the shipment is going. (See shipping timetable below)

APO/FPO Shipments - We will gladly ship to APO/FPO addresses but cannot guarantee package delivery.
Foreign Shipments - Packages sent to Canada will require a 15% surcharge. Please contact us regarding shipments to other countries. We cannot guarantee delivery to foreign addresses.
